Dr. Genter is now offering trans-umbilical breast augmentation (TUBA) to select patients. With an incision just inside the umbilicus, saline implants can be tunneled under the skin to the breasts. When the incision is closed, it is tucked inside the umbilicus and is not readily visible. Unfortunately, the technique cannot be used with silicone implants. This method is also useful for inserting breast implants through the abdominal incision during an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck). Buttock Enhancement
Dr. Genter is now performing buttock enhancement procedures which include gluteal implants, liposuction for contouring, fat injections, and buttock lifts. Dr. Genter will carefully listen to your goals and examine you to work with you so that the result is appropriate for your body, your ethnicity, and your gender.
