I went to Dr. Genter and it changed my life. I was never happy with my breasts and now they are perfect! They are even and perky. I only wish I had known about Dr. Genter years ago

I’m so glad you have this blog Dr. Genter. I would like to know about a breast lift and tummy tuck. Is it possible to have them at the same time? Also, what is the downtime afterwards? I am finished having kids and would like to get my body back together.

Treating the breasts and tummy together is very common, so common in fact that this combination is often called a “Mommy Makeover.” Coincidentally, this is the subject of my next blog, so I hope your questions are answered. Thank you for your interest in my blog. Dr. Genter

I am interested in learning about Restylane and perhaps Juviderm. I am looking for a non-invasive filler to fill the lines between my nose and cheeks. I have heard this might be the answer I have been looking for. Can you tell me if you provide this treatment and a little about it. Thanks!

I always wanted to try Botox, but was afraid. After meeting with Dr. Genter, and discussing it at length, I felt really comfortable about the procedure and went ahead with it. I could not be happier, it looks great, and people are always telling me that I look younger than my age. I was wondering if there are different areas that can be treated with Botox.

To LDD and JEV: Restylane and Juvederm are both forms of hyaluronic acid, a natural substance that is found in all of our tissues. It lasts 6-9 months and is great for treating lines like the naolabial folds, frown lines, and “marionette lines” at the corners of the mouth. This also works to rejuvenate the lower eyelids non-surgically.
Botox helps expression lines in the forehead, frown line area, and crows feet. Another useful area is the neck, where the Botox improves the contour by relaxing the neck bands. Lastly, Botox works great to reduce sweat in the armpits (for hyperhidrosis-excess axillary sweat) without surgery. We provide all these services, so feel free to call. Thank you both for your interest. Dr. Genter

  7. Sharon says:

All my life I have had a problem with fat deposits on my upper inner thighs. It seems this is the area where my body wants to store fat!

Lately it has gotten so bad that walking is difficult as the thighs rub together, sometimes creating a painful rash. My outer thighs are normal.

I was wondering what procedure you would recommend. I know liposuction would be a solution but would lipodissolve perhaps provide me with some relief without going through the more complicated surgery? Nothing I do seems to really make a difference in that area of my body. I just need some help so that I can exercise my lower body better without the inconvenience of the inner thighs rubbing together. Even my shorts and jeans will split along the seams where the fat is bulging, making matters even worse. And forget bathing suits…:( Thanks for any suggestions you may have.

  8. drbg says:

To Sharon: Liposuction can certainly help your problem. Lipodissolve is also a solution for fatty deposits, but only for small areas. Lipodissolve can require multiple treatments 8 weeks apart whereas liposuction treats the problem at once. Each, lipodissolve and liposuction, requires some period of time to recover, so there is no instant cure. I would need to examine you to make a recommendation. Thank you for your question. Dr. Genter
