Tammi Regan - Practice Director
Tammi Regan is the Practice Director for Dr. Genter, and came to us from 15 years in the beauty industry. As the owner of several successful day spas, she built her reputation on offering high-end service to her clientele. During that time, she developed an excellent reputation as an international public speaker - running seminars, training programs and lecturing as a successful entrepreneur on the subject of creating and building great teams in the workplace.
Eventually, she sold her day spas and began working in the cosmetic surgery practice setting. Her work for Dr. Genter centers on cultivating a good working environment for the practice staff and managing the financial and human resources end of the practice. “My business background in the beauty business taught me the importance of empowering women and making sure that we offer our patients the personalized care that they so appreciate.”
She likes working behind the scenes, refining the team development that makes a good practice flow smoothly. “Our patients want to know that they’re in a safe, caring environment. They’re going through a positive life change when they come to us and want to feel confident and good about their experience.” Tammi notes that the staff is the embodiment of Dr. Genter’s expertise and caring about patients. “We’re here to assure them and to give them the best we can offer.”

Charlot Byck, Medical Aesthetician
Charlot Byck has worked in the plastic surgery office setting for a number of years, holds a degree in psychology and draws from a background in pharmaceutical and medical sales. She is a Medical Esthetician for Dr. Genter, evaluating and providing skin care for patients. Certified to perform laser procedures and medical-grade peels, she is trained to determine the optimal blend of treatments and skin care products for each patient.
"All of our patients want to look better and to feel good about their appearance. Skin is temperamental and my goal is to restore the balance, so that each person I care for attains – and maintains – healthy, beautiful skin." Charlot enjoys educating patients, teaching them to understand, protect and improve the quality of their skin. "In the 30's, the goal is to maintain the skin; once we are in our 40's, specific problems are noticeable, such as hyperpigmentation, adult acne or skin that is overly sensitive. At every age, a good skin care regimen needs to be tailored to the individual."
She notes that the entire staff has the same philosophy: "Everyone’s so nice here and we all have the same focus – to give our patients the best experience when they're with us. They come first."
Justine Wepryk, Medical Receptionist
First impressions are important and we are fortunate to have Justine on staff - to welcome and to interact with our patients throughout their time with us. She talks to those who call, greets each patient who arrives for an appointment, and schedules consultations and pre/post-op visits. She is a multi-tasking pro, answering questions at the front desk, providing information, and making sure patients know what they need to do next. Justine is a self-described “people person who likes to know that each patient is getting what’s needed at that particular point in time.”
She notes that there is always a certain amount of uncertainty when someone first comes into a medical setting and that seeing Dr. Genter’s patients attain their goals and leave happy and satisfied is a joyful aspect of her work. "I’m often the first and last impression person here and my favorite part of my work is being one of the people who’s there for our patients from start to finish. I’m here to be an ear, to listen, and to make sure each patient is comfortable at each stage of his or her process here with us."
"Everyone we see has a unique story and that matters to us. Dr. Genter is very kind to all of his patients, and spends a lot of time explaining, listening, and reassuring. Each of us on staff shares his goal of wanting our patients to feel comfortable and welcomed here. We have a lot of patients who are referred by other patients and I think they know how much we care and that it’s genuine. When we see that they feel comfortable, happy, and confident, we feel great, too."
Judy Munoz-Alvarez, Office Administrator & Insurance Specialist

Judy is both advocate and advisor for patients undergoing reconstructive surgery or other insurance-related procedures. She calls it “fighting the good fight for the patient,” and she is an expert at helping our patients. As liaison between our patients and their insurance companies, she does the labor-intensive work of obtaining pre-certifications, pre-authorizations, and handling appeals. With 16 years of experience in finance and insurance-related work before she came to our practice, Judy is invaluable to our patients – tracking down and staying on top of the documents they need. She is there for them from the time they first come in for an appointment until procedures are done and all paperwork has been processed.
“I really like my job because it’s different every day. I work closely with our patients until I am certain all of the right documentation is in place. There’s a required list of things they have to do: track down their medical histories, get support documentation from former doctors and other medical-related practitioners they’ve formerly seen, sign the right release forms… it’s a lot. I get to know our patients as I help them through this process, and see my job as offering support, running interference, and staying in contact with them until I know they have everything they need. It’s gratifying to be able to assist them with what seems like a daunting set of tasks and to see their relief when everything works out.”
Judy also helps her teammates with computer-related matters and says that working in Dr. Genter’s practice is a special experience. “Dr. Genter is empathic, honest, and has an excellent bedside manner with his patients. He’s also very funny and there’s not a day when you don’t hear laughter here in our office. We’re just a huge family, and we have great rapport with each other. It’s like a sisterhood here – and Dr. Genter, of course! We take good care of our patients and the fact that we’re a close-knit team helps us do that by helping each other. We work together and we get it done.”
